As explained by Thorndike (1910), education psychology will help in telling every fact about students’ intellect and character. It will also explain why he or she behaves in a certain manner and what causes a change in the good students suddenly becoming the bad and rebellious ones. In the measures I chose to apply in discipline management for one of the classes, my knowledge on education psychology played a huge part. it is because of this knowledge that I was able to understand why the students were being rebellious during lessons and being undisciplined.
